STABLES INFORMATION

Creekside Kennels and Stables is located in rural Valparaiso, Indiana, Porter County. 
It is a 20 acre farm with a 16 stall horse barn and with adjacent kennel operation. 

Horses are a particular joy and lifelong pursuit of owner, Mike Blythe:
"I have been around horses since I was a small child.  My Uncle Rollin Blythe owned
a horse farm in Carbondale, Illinois.  Until his passing at the age of 86 years old,
he farmed with horses and mules.  My summers were filled with breaking horses
and mules.  His love of these magnificent creatures was passed on to me
through long hours and hard work.  I have tried to honor his memory and my
hope is that your horse boarding, leasing and riding needs can be fulfilled
at Creekside Kennels and Stables."

My partner, Al Gerber, who has over 40 years experience also helps me oversee
Creekside.  Please feel free to contact either one of us with any questions you
might have concerning any aspect of our stable facility.
We also buy, sell and trade most any riding or driving horse.

Creekside is a family-friendly environment! 
We encourage children from a young age to come out and
enjoy being around the horses.  Lots of activities are available for
everyone to take part in at Creekside.   Our indoor riding facility is
an excellent venue in which to train.
